David Gosset
Founder of the Europe-China Forum
Born in 1970 in Paris, David Gosset is a global affairs and international relations expert.
On December 31, 2014, David Gosset became a Knight of the Legion of Honour (Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur) via a decree signed by President of the French Republic François Hollande. Gosset has also been awarded the “Cross of the Civil Order” by then King of Spain, Juan Carlos I, for his efforts to increase mutual understanding between Spain and China. In June 2021, following the proposition of the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, the Italian President Sergio Mattarella conferred to David Gosset the honor of Knight in the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic - Cavaliere Ordine al Merito della Republicca Italiana.
In 2018, he published Limited Views on The Chinese Renaissance, a book that he presented at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
In 2020, David Gosset edited the book China and the World, for which 20 top political and economic leaders from across the world contributed their insightful ideas. The second volume of China and the World, the role of business, has been published in 2021.
David Gosset is a board member of several European companies and institutions with involvement in education, management, and industry. As a corporate strategist, he advises a number of internationally influential companies on their global development.
