Dear friends, last year the first dialogue in the framework of the China-Europe-America Museums Cooperation Initiative discussed how technology is reshaping our museums. Our second dialogue addresses the necessity to better protect our cultural heritage. In doing so, one will discuss ways to battle together art trafficking and unethical behaviors in the art market. This is significant because beyond different forms of artistic expressions, one can also observe the growing awareness of a "world cultural heritage". In this phenomenon, I want to see another indicator of a more cohesive mankind. To better protect the world cultural heritage is an affirmation of human beings' dignity and of the unity of our humanity. Thank you for your support and let us meet on May 19.
